SharePoint interactive Intranet tour for Fletcher Building
User Experience & Interaction Design
Fletcher Building, New Zealand
Fletcher Building are an exciting company, rolling out global change programmes. To aid the adoption strategy for the Intranet project, I executed an online site tour for over 19,000 people, across 40 countries.
I was responsible for the user experience, designing & developing the visual & interaction design, and utilising user testing to ensure a user-centred design approach for different user types. I performed on-site visits for technology and usability testing, optimising the development for Citrix deployment. And also assisted in creating and communicating implementation requirements with stakeholders and Microsoft.
I created an interactive site tour for online training, animated site avatar to aid emotional design, and technical documentation for facilitated training. This project was celebrated by the Fletcher Building steering committee as a giant step forward from traditional PDF training.
Note: Site Tour, Workbooks and Avatar details are limited for confidentiality.
