Change Manager for Air New Zealand’s Connectivity Programme which delivered Inflight Wi-Fi and Inflight Entertainment (IFE) to customers.
Facilitated regular meetings, to share updates, risks and next steps to key groups.

Worked with stakeholders and Crew, creating and executing an activity plan to tackle engaging crew across the globe, with news, training, updates and issues.
Created comprehensive and engaging training material in different formats to suit online and in air use, with useful tips highlighting watch outs and advanced info.
Held themed interactive engaging demonstrations across NZ in crew areas (pictured).
Coordinated communication, created heartbeat reports, created a dashboard for new Wi-Fi aircraft updates, and upskilled staff to assist with holiday Wi-Fi reporting.
Provided fly-along support and support model planning pre go-live and post go-live.
Achieved the launch of both products, and multiple Wi-Fi aircraft rollouts.
