Change Manager
– Kiwibank’s Shared Drives Migration project (improving cyber security and modernising file management).
– Lead the coordination and engagement with stakeholders, worked with business units to understand the change impact, identify and solve risks.
– Lead the comms and activity plan, facilitating multiple workshops tailored to various groups.
– Achieved stakeholder readiness, simplifying complex technical requirements and achieving scheduled migrations, enabling handover to the BAU Kiwibank team.

User Experience – Review for knowledge base & meeting rooms. Performed research, data analysis, SME/user interviews to identify findings, issues, and recommendations.

Knowledge base & training – Created online writing guidelines, content templates, upskilled staff, wrote help articles, Windows upgrade guides, videos, comms templates and other project training material.
